Shipping policy

We have outsourced our courier with Pakistan leading courier companies like TCS, Leopard and majority of our share is with TCS courier. Their excellence in courier services giving edge to us by delivering product in a mean time all over Pakistan after confirmation of final order by call or message.

We have three processes for the payments:
1. COD (CASH ON DELIVERY)

Normally courier companies take two working days for major cities of Pakistan, and for villages and districts they take three working days for delivery of parcel. Working days includes, Monday to Friday only. If order is placed after 3pm, then delivery will be counted on next working day.

For delivery of imported items, it takes 3 to 4 working days for delivery all over Pakistan, and sometimes it may increase 3 working days due to custom issue. Working days includes, Monday to Friday only.

We will assure your complaint on same day make your delivery done in one working day against your complaint
